摘要

This paper has outlined the relationship's kinds of organizational microstates that possibly exist among levels and in an organization, and how dynamical interactions among them. In addition, the paper has pointed out that emergent levels in the organization tend to re-organize continuously variation in the level below as categorical information for the level above, and vice versa, perhaps in a hierarchy of alternating transformations among these varieties of meaning.
