Maintenance engineering theory technology in 21~th century

摘要

The evolution and status of Maintenance Engineering Theory & Technology in China is summarized, and some changes about asset maintenance objects, maintenance environments and maintenance goals are also analyzed. From the point of view of sustainable development and environmental protection, total life cycle maintenance consideration, precision maintenance operation, intensive maintenace process and high-technique maintenance means are believed the new trends in maintenace engineering area. Based on above opinion, some problems about maintenance engineering theory or technology which call for urgent study are pointed out, these problems include maintainability under new idea, maintenance planning, green maintenance, maintenance for software-intensive system, and rapid emergent repair.
