摘要

Technology of Optical Characteristics Recognition (OCR or HCR) is a field interested by scientists who engage in research of mode recognition and artificial intelligence for a long time. The article aims at research on script number recognition system. It probes into recognition technique and process of OCR from aspects of whole recognition process; analysis and realization of script number recognition as well as its application results.
