摘要

In this paper, to develop a virtual knee joint surgery software, based on J. Wismans' model, an improved three dimensional mechanical model of knee joint has been presented. A 16 degree nonlinear equation group has been solved by complex optimal method and the visualization of contact pressure, contact stress and contact field has been carried out using OPENGL, MATLAB programming. Compared with the past result, this model is reliable and applicable.
