Strategic proposals for the develoment of footwear industry in China

摘要

Based on the analysis of production ttechnology, administration system, labor division via professional specialization and coordination etc. practiced in countries of advanced footwear industry as well as the advantages and disadvantages of our large shoe facteries, strategic proposals are presented for the development of footwear industry in China in respect of empolyee training, complementation of professional specialization and industrial production, product development and standardization, technical innovation etc..
