Preparation and application of the cationic polyurethane retanning filling agent PUR-1

A cationic polyurethane retanning filling agent PUR-1 was synthesized. Some nitrogenous compounds were selected as condensation monomer, such as MDEA. The reaction of 2,4-TDI with a mixture of PEG and MDEA can provided a hydroxyl group bearing cationic prepolymer. The reaction condition and application performance were discussed.
