Studies on manufacture processes of vegetable tanned sheepskin garment leather

This paper has systematically studied the vegetable tanned sheepskin garment leather processing routes, technolgical processes and technological programmes. On the basis of comon techniques, we are aimed at selecting and optimizing technical terms abotu important processes, such as pre-tanning, vegetable tanning, retanning, fatliquoring and dyeing, finishing and so on. In the whole productive procedure, chrome salt is not used and discharged. Finished leather is soft, full and elastical with bright shade and natural grain. Ts may reach to 95 approx 98 deg and the chemical and physical indexes accord with country trade's standard (QB1872, 1873-93).
