Medical imaging devices play a fundamental role in e-health, and threats to them can endanger patients' privacy and safety. Government agencies in many countries have issued guidance for pre-and post-market security management. However, these methods suffer from bias and low efficiency. In this paper, we design a list of criteria and propose a Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process-based model for fine-grained security assessment of medical imaging devices. Finally, a case study is presented to illustrate the steps involved in our model.
