摘要

A novel compact-sized polymeric multimode power splitter was designed and fabricated, with its overall length 30% shorter than conventional Y-junction splitter in the case of 1×8 splitters. By using softlithography the polymeric power splitters were prototyped and measurement was in a good agreement with the calculated result. The device features unique advantages of low-cost fabrication and possible massproduction.
