Research Advance of Intercalation in PVC/Montmorillonite Nancomposites

摘要

The paper sums up and analyzes research advance of PVC/montmorillonite nanocomposites which is prepared by intercalation and also summarizes its application. It provide definite referenced value to further study and exploit this nanocoposites. PVC/montmorillonite nanocomposites can be prepared with the method of melting intercalation, monomer melting polymerize intercalation and emulsion solution intercalation. Moreover it can be used in the fields of engineering plastics, barrier material and functional material and so on. It has been proved by the a lot of experimental data that the intercalation is one of the successful method in preparing PVC/ montmorillonite nanocomposites.
