Intoduction Stat5(Signal transducers and activators of transcriptin 5),and JAK(Janus Kinase) together constitute the signal path to adjust the milk protein gene transcription(Brockman et al.,2002).Akt,which amino terminus can be mediated by the interaction between the lipid-protein and / or protein-protein in breast tissue,Aktl is to determine the key signal transduction factor for the proliferation or differentiation of mammary epithelial cells(Franke et al.,2008),mTOR (mammalian target of rapamycin),which is at the heart of cell growth,located downstream of Akt signaling,a variety of biological functions of signal transduction molecules,involved in gene transcription,protein translation initiation,and so on(Asnaghi et al.,2004).
