摘要

The potential ecotoxicity of transformation products is of great significance to the risk assessment of parent chemicals.In this study,stereoselective separation and zebrafish embryo toxicity of diastereoisomers of fenamiphos (F) and its major transformation products,fenamiphos sulfoxide (FSO) and fenanmiphos sulfone (FSO2),were investigated.The diastereoisomers of these pollutants were separated and prepared by chiral normal and semi-preparative HPLCs,respectively.
