Nonlinear numerical calculations of metallic jet penetrating against oblique sandwich-plate

We have recently developed a new algorithm to approximately treat the problems of metallic jet penetrating oblique sandwich-plate. In the algorithm, the sandwich-plate is precisely considered as being three-dimensional but the metallic jet is approximately considered as being two-dimensional. The calculation examples have given satisfactory results.
