Vibroacoustic Hazards caused by Machines and Devices used　in open Mines of Mineral Raw Materials

Open mines of raw materials play an important role in the economy of many countries, interrnalia in Poland and on Slovakia. They are characterized by the occurrence of many sourcesrnof vibroacousitc energy. These sources are generated mainly by different machines and devicesrnand their nature depends on the technology of open mining exploitation. In thesernmines two kinds of vibroacoustic hazards can occur: short term hazards, caused by shootingrnworks to obtain stock output and long term hazards, caused by continuous work of machines.rnIn the paper classification of the noise sources and acoustic tests in real conditionsrnof some machines will be presented. Inversion methods application for acoustic tests of machinesrnwill be introduced and the effect of environment degradation caused by open minesrnactivities will be discussed.
