摘要

The gas-jet expansion method was used to promote the heterogeneous reaction. Here reaction gas was the power to make the reaction solution form fine drops and then form aerosol. In such way the reaction surface and reaction rate can be increased. In this paper the principle, set-up of this method and its application in synthesis of TATB were described. The arithmetic mean particle size of synthesized TATB was 5.575μm, for the suspended particles, it was 0.61 lμm.
