摘要

In this paper a kind of refractory ore abound in a particular area of henan province was investigated,it is a low grade bauxite that containing 30% of illite.First of all, implement the process mineralogy research through Qemscan in order to identify the different types of mineral composition in the ore samples, and search for the regularity of their mutual relationship, so as to determine and adopt the most appropriate aluminum and silicon separation process and method;Then, the final process and various parameters was determined behind a lot of condition experiment.The most important of all is that an economic and efficient new collecting agent which named BKS-0902 has been synthesized and screened.When the alumina-silica ratio (A/S) of raw ore is 4.31, A satisfactory results was obtained in the lab by adopting the closed circuit flotation flowsheet of one-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and three-stage cleaning,that was and the tailings A/S 1.35,and the concentrate A/S 9.01, recovery rate of A12O3 80.81%.This study provides a powerful technical support for the bauxite that may be used economically in the future.
