Spectral BRDF of color shifting paints and e-papers using multispectral Fourier optics instrument

摘要

We use a Fourier optics multispectral instrument to measure spectral BRDF at all incidence and azimuth angles on various surfaces. Full spectral re/lection properties of any surface can be measured with high incidence and spectral resolution in reasonable time. Application to color shifting paints and e-papers is presented. Spectral modulation of the diffused light on color shifting paints is clearly put in evidence. Main differences in the optical behavior of e-papers and real paper are also presented.
