Government Management Modernization Campaign on the Basis of Electronic Governmental Affairs

Informationization will be the great trend for the world social - economical development, and will deeply influence the mode of governmental function. In information society, the basic feature for governmental management modernization is information, so, E ― government is not only a kind of government management which adjusts itself to information era, but also a core step for governmental management modernization. In this thesis we will introduce the basic meaning and the realization models of E ― government, reveal the importance of E ― government for governmental management modernization in six aspects, and in the end of the thesis we will refer several burning issues in the process of advancing E ― government and give some elementary answers.
