摘要

Since global consideration of CO2 emission, energy conservation and structure sustainability, the concrete design nowadays should both reduce the cement content and improve durability. This paper is mainly to express the ideal of green design of RPC in Taiwan. The reduction of cement paste is achieved by densified the RPC structure by means of Fuller's ideal curve, and the improvement of service life and workability is obtained by both adding pozzolans and superplasticizer. The 132-days strength efficiency of cement of adding fly ash and BF slag is 0.461MPa/kg/m3 and is the highest among the others. Under such mixed design the amount of fly ash/slag mixture is higher than that with silica fume along due to it better filled the void within solid particle.
