摘要

A series of pH-sensitive N-Succinyl chitosan (NSC)/attapulgite (APT) composite hydrogel beads was prepared by Ca2+-crosslinking technique. Dug release results indicate that the release rate of diclofenac sodium (DS) depends on pH value of the dissolution media and the incorporation of APT into the developed beads can improve the release effect.
