OCF (Oxygen-Coal-Flux Injection) Blast Furnace Process

A OCF (Oxygen-Coal-Flux Injection) blast furnace process was proposed. In OCF blast furnace tonnage oxygen blast, a large amount of pulverized coal and proper amount of powder flux are injected through tuyeres with a some of recycled top gas. In this process, there are oxygen plant and gas compressor instead of air blowers and hot blast stoves of ordinary blast furnace. Calculation results indicate that coke rate can decrease to 129 kg with 400 kg coal, 63 kg powder lime and 310 Nm~3 oxygen(93
