摘要

The purpose of low-temperature mechanical test of forged 08Ni3 D is to take the lead in developing forged steel used in low-temperature, and fills no cryogenic forged steel applications blank of centrifugal compressor stator used at-70 ℃ to-100 ℃.On the basis of heat treatment process tests, using Charpy impact test, low-temperature tensile, room-temperature tensile test to study the properties of low-temperature.By means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and etc., the microstructure, fracture morphology was theoretical examined and analyzed.Providing the first experimental data and theoretical basis for compressor stator used in low-temperature of-100 ℃.
