摘要

Both LB films and nanoparticles are mesoscopic state of matter. Recently, because of fast development of study in this field, the organic-inorganic nanodevices and inorganic semiconductor material relate to quantum electronics, non-linear optics, photo-electrochemistry, chemical-biological detector have been fabricated by using of combination of two methods.
