摘要

4-Ocradecylatnino-4' -nitro-tolan (ANT) and stilbene (ANS) formed stable condensed monolayers with the chromophorcs nearly vertical at the air/water interface. Applying the horizontal lifting method by rotation of the substrate with respect to the monolayer compression, a considerable in-plane anisotropy of the SHG for the ANT film was observed, whereas the ANS film showed relatively weak isoiropic SHG intensities.
