摘要

Our systems based on Aln-loaded PLGA nanoparticles suspended in gellan gum hydrogel matrix: ⅰ) were found to be injectable,ⅱ) assured local sustained drug delivery, and ⅲ) inhibited osteoclasts proliferation without affecting osteoblasts functions. The results show the promising potential of developed drug delivery systems for the local treatment of osteoporosis.
