摘要

The inhibition of the angiogenic process is one of the main strategies in the treatment of several diseases in which angiogenesis takes place in an uncontrolled manner, such as psoriasis, diabetic retinopathy or some solid tumors'. In this sense, new antiangiogenic macromolecules based on 5-amino-2-naphthalene sulfonic acid (ANSA) have been recently developed by our group.
