Assessment of the Sustainability Social Dimension in Machining Through Grey Relational Analysis

The present work assesses the performance of industrial sustainability indicators of machining operations based on a social dimension perspective. The Deming cycle is used as an improvement tool, and the evaluation of indicators was done by the application of Grey Relational Analysis. The activities proposed for the improvement were analyzed for a year, and the impact was measured in order to encourage a sustainability culture into the company's social dimension.
