Assessing industry 4.0 readiness of enterprises

Industry 4.0, the digital transformation of the industry, is enabled, and forced by the rapid technology development. The fast changing environment presents huge challenges for enterprises, and economies. Management of the enterprises must have a clear view of their companies' preparedness for this fourth industrial revolution for making the appropriate decisions to preserve or improve their competitiveness. Industry 4.0 readiness assessments, and maturity models can support the management at benchmarking, and setting up a roadmap for the digital transformation of their company.
