摘要

The definition of a strategy for the restoration of an electric system should restoring the largest amount of load as soon as possible in a gradual and safe way until the total restoration of the system. In this context, due to the relevant and continuous contribution of the wind power plants to the load of the Brazilian Interconnected Power System (BIPS), mainly of the Northeast Subsystem, this work study the possibility of insertion of wind power plants in the hydroelectric plants corridors with black-start capacity, to increase load and minimizing interruption time. For this evaluation, ANATEM analyzes are carried out, in accordance with the Network Procedures, being considered in the modeling the wind power input of the Paranatama substation which has a connection with the Garanhus II substation, belonging to the East of Luiz Gonzaga Area, located in the Northeast region.
