Cost efficient sub-sampled analog-to-digital converter driven by passively mode-locked fiber laser using high-order harmonic-repetition-rate with fundamental cavity frequency lower than 100 MHz, despite its higher jitter, can meet requirements of modern Electronic Warfare systems.
