摘要

This work proposes a hybrid microcavity fiber Fabry-Pérot interferometer (HMFFPI) for the simultaneous measurement of relative humidity (RH) and temperature (T). The proposed HMFFPI consists of an airgap and hygroscopic polymer microcavities. The polymer microcavity is sensitive to both RH and T but the airgap microcavity is only affected by the T and nonreactive to the RH. Thus the RH and T can be simultaneously measured with good discrimination by using the proposed sensing configuration.
