Spontaneous combustion is a very dangerous exothermic phenomenon occurring as a result of a serial reaction taking place between coal and oxygen. It has recently become one of the important agenda items in the world as it forms the heart of the topics with an increasing awareness such as global warming, climate change, greenhouse gas emission, and occupational health and safety.
