摘要

The new aviation equipment's field reliability data is poor to support the maintenance. In order to improve the status, the definition of environmental factors based on the generalized position scale model is proposed in the article and central limit theorem is study. It's testified that the definition of environmental factors is used to estimate the environmental factors parameter. The definition and the algorithm are verified through the simulation and a case adaptable as long as the two different distributions are accurately estimated, and the output of reliability estimation is much better than others.
