Mobility speed analysis over geographical routing protocol based MANET

摘要

The recent advancements in the domain of the wireless network escorts to the development of the fugitive networks formally known as Mobile Ad-hoc Networks (MANET). The network is disintegrated, where the main network activities includes topology discovery and transmission of messages/packets must be performed by the nodes themselves. Every time selecting the shortest route towards the base station results in the faster depletion of the intermediate nodes and this decreases the overall network lifetime. These routing mechanisms primarily differ in behavior at different mobility speeds, where the techniques are actually influenced by the network characteristics. In this research mobility speed analysis of MANET GRP routing has done at different speeds to find optimal mobility behavior.
