摘要

The driving competence conception furnished in this paper facilitates the assessment of the applicants endeavoring for a road test in a proficient manner which is in contrast with the conventional analysis technique existing in the present world. The non - automotive assessment suffers various drawbacks of enormous time consumption and the scrutinizer's practicality in conducting the analysis. It deals with the process of checking the various parameters of license test which includes over speed and vehicle halt in case of two wheelers and an additional reverse checking and gear changing in case of four wheelers. This conceptualization is achieved by interfacing PIC with IOT which stores the car's newly generated identical RFID tag and updates the test results after the parameter checking is done. This mainly emphasizes on the decrease in the number of road accidents which occurs mainly due to improper driving ability and hence contributing a good deed to our society and making a corruption free country.
