摘要

In smart grid communications, it is important to aggregate users' usage data while preserving privacy. In this paper we propose a data aggregation protocol which can prevent from leakage of failure information of smart meters. The proposed protocol utilizes proxy servers settled in users' homes, to relay the communication between smart meters and a gateway. By applying homomorphic cryptosystem, the gateway aggregates usage data and valid/invalid information without decrypting, and then passes it to control center. We analyze and discuss the security of the proposed protocol under several attacking models.
