In a mobile campus, the information and services related to location are really needed. Because satellite positioning systems can't afford locational requirement in bad outdoor scenario and indoor situation, the method of cooperative positioning provided another way to solve this problem. Aimed at the problem in which the unknown nodes in outdoor get a poor localizability for linking less sufficient satellites or the unknown nodes indoor can't be located just for receiving none signal from satellites, this article constructed a multipoint cooperative positioning model suited to some situation combined outdoor and indoor scene. It also analyzed the judgment conditions if the indoor and outdoor nodes has localizability, especially explained the positioning arithmetic about how to get the coordinate values of unknown nodes within combined situation indoor and outdoor in detail. This research provides a new way to solve the seamless cooperative positioning for a terminal node in a complied scenic spot. The output could be as a reference to guide the construction of information service platform for LBS in mobile campus, promote the positioning technology based on LBS applying to informationization construction and further the intersection and development of different subjects.
