摘要

In this paper, the force analysis of the blade roller of the tiny cultivator is described firstly. The static analysis of the blade is carried out by using the Simulation plug of SolidWorks, and the data of von mises stress, resultant displacement, equivalent strain and safety factor of the blade are obtained. Then the modal analysis of the blade roller is carried out, and the data of the top ten order vibration frequency are obtained. The results show that the largest stress is in the vicinity of the connection hole of the blade, and the largest deformation is at the blade tip. The working frequency of the blade roller is much lower than the top ten order vibration frequency which indicates that resonance does not occur. The results provide a reference for the design of the blade roller of the tiny cultivator.
