摘要

IEC 61850 is an international standard for digital substation automation systems based on network communication platform. It has been widely used in power generation, transmission, distribution and scheduling. The protocol implemented unified modeling for object, enhanced interoperability and interchangeability between different terminals. In this paper, we apply the protocol is to power and environment monitoring system of power communication room, establish the unified model for the related terminals in the system and realize the interaction between the terminals. The power and environment monitoring system is divided hierarchically to classify the logical devices and logical nodes. We take UPS equipment terminal as an example to establish information model, standardize the equipment interface, and achieve the equipment compatible with each other. The application meets the development needs of intelligent power communication room.
