WEB SERVICE BASED POWER MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEM WITH IEC61850

摘要

PURPOSE: A monitoring and a control system for power based on web service with IEC61850 are provided to search information of IEDs within a power system through a web at a real time and receives a real timer data from IED based on IEC61850, thereby performing monitoring and controlling of the power system in a real time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of IEDs(Intelligent Electronic Devices)(1) transform collected field data into data format corresponding to IEC(International Electro technical Commission)61850. A plurality of the IEDs transmits summary information of WSDL(Web Service Description Language) file to UDDI(Universal Description Discovery and Integration) registry(2). The UDDI registry permits browsing of the power management center(3) about the summary information of the WSDL file. The power management center receives stored information of the UDDI registry and the WSDL file of the IED through the SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) communication.
