摘要

In order to properly respond the market trends, the manufactory needs efficient production management. Maintenance planning is one of the critical factors to maximize the available machine time in the manufacturing process. Proper maintenance schedule could minimize the influence of production capacity. The scheduling process should consider several restrictions, which include: sales forecasting, inventory level and storage capability. The operations research is used in this paper to arrange maintenance plan, and LINDO software is adopted to accelerate the process of identification the optimal solution.
