Value Chain is important consideration in the selection and formulation for strategy. The paper takes Shenzhen travel agency industry for example, explores strategy of sustainable development based on the innovative theory of Value Chain Increment and Value Chain Proliferation, aiming at providing reference of theoretical guidance and practical value for Shenzhen as well as China travel agency industry at the key point of industry transformation and upgrade period.
