The city of Gdynia is more and more often the organizer of various mass events. Numerous events have a positive coefficient for the city as a tourist region but unfortunately negative for residents in terms of traffic conditions during the event. In order for the city to live well, urban traffic engineers are trying to match light signals or detours to overcome the negative impact. Bad influence should be as low as possible. Using the data from Tri-City Intelligent Motion Control System - TRISTAR. Intelligent transportation system gives information about traffic in real time and also has a huge data base records from the past. From that data base ARIMA models were created. The models show the impact of increased traffic caused by a mass event in June 2017. ARIMA models could show the differences between days with and without evens to give important predict for the future situations.
