摘要

At present, PV power generating system (PVPGS) has become an emerging field of research. Many technologies have been developed to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of this system. Modular multilevel cascade (MMC) converter and high frequency magnetic link (HFML) are two such technologies, which have reduced the cost and several challenges of this system. Here, a MATLAB simulation of a PVPGS using MMC converter and HFML is shown. It is observed that due to use of MMC converter, the output voltage is improved and due to use of HFML the size and cost can also be reduced.
