Computer simulation of temperature field control system of induction heating object, for example for prediction purposes, encounter difficulties associated with the system nonlinearity on the one hand and time of calculation on the other hand, when numerical analysis of magneto-thermal field, especially 3D, is used. The paper presents the methodology of fast simulation the temperature field of complex induction heating system of calendering rolls. This method of 3D calculations of rotating calender rolls with a moving web of wet paper can be easy connected with simulation of the temperature field controller, for simulation of complex control systems.
