摘要

One of the most distinctive features of natural phenomena is its high sensitivity to changes in the external environment and flexible response mechanisms. These processes have the ability to adapt to any unexpected situation based on the inexhaustible variability of nature. This paper presents an overview of the existing approaches to resolutions of system uncertainty and proposes a novel approach to formalization of model uncertainties based on the natural phenomenon reaction and adaptation mechanisms. In other words, the degree of freedom of the initial system is extended by the random components and the chaotic behavior.
