A low-frequency intensity noise dramatically suppressed frequency-stabilized single-frequency fiber laser at 1083nm is demonstrated. By exploiting the gain saturation effect of a SOA and an intensity feedback loop, the relative intensity noise from 0.75 kHz to 2 kHz is suppressed from -125 dB/Hz to -145 dB/Hz. Utilizing the 4He atomic polarization spectroscopy, the root-mean-square of frequency fluctuation is about 30 kHz after locking. This SFFL is sufficiently applicable for fields like laser cooling, optical pumping, and optical magnetometer.
