摘要

The paper presents current subtractor circuit based on modified Wilson current mirror using PMOS transistors. Modified Wilson current provides negative feedback which stabilizes output current without any systematic error with a wide operating range. The proposed circuit can be used in various analog circuits such as operational amplifiers, operational transconductance amplifier, Gm-C filters, oscillators etc. The simulation is performed using Cadence Virtuoso in 180nm CMOS process technology with a power supply of 0.8V. The proposed circuit works efficiently in wide range of 0nA to 600uA with the percentage error less than 1.82%. It has low input resistance and high output resistance.
