The fleet stranded in a deck due to schedule slippage or cancellation, often creates a problem in the reschedule of rest of the fleet. When the deck area is to be shared by a large number of members, which is generally the case in airport and shipyards, priority has to be assigned to the flow of the traffic. In this work the problem of reschedule around a faulty fleet member will be addressed. Based on the location of the fleet member and the traffic status, a probability of reschedule will be associated with each member and it changes dynamically with time as the fleet encounters any queue or dependency in the movement. Specifically, when they have to work on the shared resources, they need to fall in the queue. Internet of things devices installed over the fleet plays a major role in enabling the communication with the controlling center.
