摘要

With the increasing of the steam-turbine generator unit shafting structure's size, the phenomenon of the shafting's torsional vibration gets worse. Torsional vibration will produces safety problem and leads to the economic losses. By the way finite element analysis is a kind of method to study torsional vibration, however shafting model is the basis of the finite element analysis. So a flexible method of establishment shafting entity model seems to be very important. This paper mainly studies three methods of conventional modeling, cluster table parameterized modeling and APDL language programming modeling for this problem, which can implement parametric modeling. And this paper compares these three methods from easy, rapidly and reusability to find a flexible establishment method and provide a reference for finite element analysts.
